We strive to provide accurate product information and images; however, colors and appearance may differ from the actual product depending on your device or monitor settings.

Article 3 – Orders

Upon completion of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Suspected fraudulent order
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information provided
  • Any other case deemed inappropriate by us

Please note that cancellations requested by the customer after an order is confirmed are generally not accepted.

We accept backorders (orders placed when an item is out of stock) and pre-orders (orders placed before a product is released) for select items. These orders will be shipped in sequence once the product is available or ready for dispatch. If a backorder or pre-order item is purchased together with an in-stock item, shipments may be split. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases. Cancellations for backorders and pre-orders will only be accepted if requested before fulfillment has begun.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All displayed prices are inclusive of tax. Shipping fees are charged separately.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available on this site.

Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to each product page for estimated shipping timelines.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or carrier circumstances.

In the event of loss or delay after shipment, the carrier's terms and conditions will apply.

For backorder and pre-order items, the estimated shipping date shown on the product page is a guideline only and may change due to manufacturer or supplier circumstances. If the shipping date changes, we will notify you at your registered email address.

Article 6 – Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
